A Senior Service Designer with 8+ years helping organisations navigate complexity – using UX, service design and AI to deliver products and services that work for people and achieve business outcomes.
I've worked across government, health, education, justice and innovation in New Zealand – from a digital agency to transformation programmes – now based in London.

Putting people at the heart of the process is what I do. I use AI, UX and Service Design to design intuitive products and services.
I bring a strategic mindset to every problem, and help organisations make confident, evidence-based plans for delivery.
I take stakeholders on the journey, quickly build connections and have a bit of fun along the way.
Whether we're in discovery or delivery, I conduct user research that shapes key project decisions.
I run interactive workshops with the space and pace for everyone to collaborate and achieve goals.
I help teams and organisations use design methods to deliver people-centred and impactful services.

2015 –2019
After travelling around Europe, I've recently made the move from New Zealand to London.
My work sits at the intersection of design and social innovation – I care about outcomes that last, which means building team capability as much as delivering solutions. That includes navigating ethics, integrating AI tools thoughtfully, and embedding strategic, accessible, people-centred design into how teams work.
When I'm not converting people to Pilates or Fujifilm cameras, you'll find me hunting down local eats, scribbling, or getting outdoors.
